I am Lyliana Pérez, affectionately known as Lyli, designer and creative director of
LYLI PÉ.

The brand is born from a nostalgia that honors what has been lived: a grateful nostalgia
that looks back with affection and forward with presence. That
affective memory reminds us that, even in the everyday and in the routine where
we create our own meanings, the most sincere joys of
life are fixed.

My work seeks to preserve femininity and elegance, while prioritizing
functionality and play. Each collection invites us to see the everyday act of
dressing as a way to express ourselves. That daily question “What should I wear
today?” is also “How do I want to feel and communicate today?”

For me, clothing is more than just something pretty. It's collaboration, art, and
community. Behind each piece are hands, stories, and hearts that work
with intention. Clothing supports us, accompanies us, and becomes a reflection
of who we are.

I am inspired by contrasts: the calm of the sea and the speed of the city,
intuition and discipline, delicacy and strength. And I am also deeply inspired
by the divine design of insects and the nature that surrounds us
every day: their precision, their color, their fragility, and their strength. In them
I recognize our own humanity; full of curiosities, admiration for beauty, and a constant desire to observe to create.

In that balance, I find functionality. That's why I design combinable pieces
intended for both special moments and the intimate beauty of everyday life.

My journey in design has allowed me to share my vision, connect with
creatives I admire, and demonstrate that Dominican identity can be projected
to the world with authenticity and purpose. Today, I design for a community that grows
with me: my team, my clients, my mentors, and my colleagues. They, along with
the dreams that a little Lyli looked at with illusion, remind me why I am still
here: creating with intention and with a deep love for beauty and functionality.
