I am Lyliana Pérez, affectionately known as Lyli, designer and creative director of LYLI PÉ.

The brand is born from a nostalgia that honors past experiences: a grateful nostalgia that looks back with fondness and forward with presence. It is an emotional memory reminding us that the most sincere joys in life are anchored even in the everyday routines where we create our own meanings.

My work seeks to preserve femininity and elegance while prioritizing functionality and playfulness. Each collection is an invitation to see the daily act of getting dressed as a form of self-expression. That everyday question, "What am I wearing today?" is also, "How do I want to feel and communicate today?"

To me, clothing is more than just something pretty. It is collaboration, art, and community. Behind every piece, there are hands, stories, and hearts working with intention. Our clothes support us, accompany us, and become a reflection of who we are.

I am inspired by contrasts: the calm of the sea and the fast pace of the city, intuition and discipline, delicacy and strength. I am also deeply inspired by the divine design of insects and the nature that surrounds us every day: their precision, color, fragility, and strength. In them, I recognize our own humanity—full of curiosities, an admiration for beauty, and a constant desire to observe in order to create.

I find functionality in that balance. That is why I design versatile, mix-and-match pieces meant for both special moments and the intimate beauty of the everyday.

My journey in design has allowed me to share my vision, connect with creatives I admire, and show that Dominican identity can be projected to the world with authenticity and purpose. Today, I design for a community that grows with me: my team, my clients, my mentors, and my colleagues. They, alongside the dreams a little Lyli once looked at with hope, remind me why I am still here: creating with intention and a profound love for the beautiful and the functional.
