At LYLI PÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. To start the process:

• Contact us at customers@lylipe.com or +1 (829) 766-6877 within the specified timeframe.

• Include your order number and photos of the product in the condition it was received.

• The item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, or products that have been washed or worn. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. For cancellations: orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund. Once dispatched, the return policy described above applies.
